In this research program, we wrote technical documents and learned about neural engineering. This included seminars on neural engineering. The focus of this program and research is to help create technical devices to make lives easier for people with limited motor functions.

My research focused on developing the functions of a personal robot. The overall project was allowing for the personal robot to solve a Rubik's cube. My part in this was tracking and mapping the colors and squares based on pictures taken by the robot.

We used the Processing development environment to use the Kinect camera attached to the robot. After a few intensive weeks learning java, I was able to track the colors of the Rubik's cube.  The specific process I used to do so is clarified in the poster I have attached below.
